Robotic operation of a CNC machine

This solution represents a fully automated workstation designed for double-sided milling of MDF panels of various dimensions. The system is engineered to ensure complete CNC machine operation – from loading and centering to unloading the finished parts – without any need for manual operator intervention.

A key element of the solution is two 6-axis ABB IRB 7600 robots, which rank among the most powerful in their segment. Thanks to their high payload capacity and extended reach, they enable precise and fast handling of panel and spacer stacks.
