MAGNET PRODUCTION LINE

As the name already suggests, magnet production line serves for producing the magnets for high tone speakers. The very magnet production process is a combination of technological and assembly operations. Carrying out these processes is followed by taking a strength test and cleaning the completed magnet.

The most important operations in the magnet production are:

• a proper placement of neodymium blank in magnetiser.
• a proper spraying application of ferrofluid which provides coil cooling during speaker operation.

This line produces magnets for 7 types of speakers. After seven years of operation, the line has been purchased by the company from Thailand where its operation continues.
