PhoXi 3D Scanner

A precise 3D scanner designed for static applications where it is necessary to obtain a detailed three-dimensional model of an object with high accuracy. It is used for quality inspection, dimensional measurement, and comparison with a CAD model. Structured light technology captures the object’s geometry with a resolution of up to 3.2 Mpx. Different model sizes (XS – XL) allow optimization of the scanning range — from small components to large products.

MotionCam-3D

The world’s first 3D camera capable of capturing full-fidelity 3D data even while objects are in motion. Its patented Parallel Structured Light technology ensures sharp, blur-free images even in fast processes. An ideal solution for robotic guidance, in-motion inspection, and product sorting. It stands out with sub-millimeter accuracy and high-speed real-time 3D data processing.

Bin Picking Studio

A software platform designed for automated robot guidance when handling randomly placed parts in a bin. It uses a 3D camera to detect the shape and position of objects and generates precise coordinates for gripping. It enables quick setup, offline simulation, and easy integration with robots from ABB, KUKA, or Fanuc. It speeds up system commissioning and increases the productivity of material handling processes.

Solution Example – ZF Slovakia

As an example of our integration, we present a project for ZF Slovakia, a.s., where a complete bin picking system was implemented using Photoneo technology. The video demonstrates the process from 3D scanning of parts and spatial localization to automated robotic handling.
