The belt system is an ideal choice for applications requiring high dynamics and gentle product handling. Thanks to low noise levels and precise positioning capabilities, we commonly integrate these conveyors with robotic workstations (e.g., ABB, Kuka) or single-purpose machines. We dimension the entire system to handle cyclic loads and ensure a stable and smooth material supply for downstream technologies.

Multi-strand belt conveyors (Multi-strand) ⏸️

For the transport of wider products or carriers, we design multi-strand belt conveyors. The drive is powered by a central shaft, guaranteeing absolute synchronization of all strands. This system is highly variable – we define the number of strands and their spacing exactly according to your product's dimensions and center of gravity.

Cross transfers and lift units (Pop-up) 🔀

A key advantage of belt systems is their compactness, which allows for direct integration into other conveyor lines (most commonly roller conveyors). The entire belt module functions here as a lift transfer (pop-up) – it extends, lifts the product, and changes its flow direction by 90° (transfer to a side line) without the need to stop the main line.

Flexibility in recipe changes (Formats) 🎚️

For production processes that require frequent recipe changes (various product dimensions), we design width-adjustable conveyors. These systems allow for a smooth change of belt spacing – whether manually via a hand crank or fully automatically based on a selected program. This eliminates time-consuming line changeovers. The solution often includes integrated centering, which guarantees that the product remains precisely on the conveyor's axis at any set dimension.
